Delivery Information
We deliver on Hilton Head Island for FREE ($2 for Sea Pines Resort and $10 for Hilton Head Resort)!
We ALSO DELIVER to Hilton Head Plantation and Port Royal Plantation for FREE.
All rentals will be delivered to the address provided between 9 A.M. – 4 P.M.
Delivery will be confirmed by text message along with a lock combination for the bike. We provide 1 FREE LOCK per 2 bikes.
Customers don’t have to be present at the time of delivery.
Same-day bookings are not available. Please book at least one day in advance.
Customers must provide a delivery address for rental delivery, or choose to pick up bikes at our store (4D Mathews Ct, Hilton Head Island).
Pick-up Information
Please have the rental ready for pick up by 8 AM on the collection day.
Failing to return the rental on collection day or for any damage customer will be charged $350.
Cancellations
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.

How does bike delivery work?
Delivery is free across most of Hilton Head Island (minimal fees apply in some areas). Bikes will be delivered between 9 A.M. – 4 P.M., and you’ll receive a text confirmation with the lock combination.
What happens if I don’t return the bike on time or it’s damaged?
Bikes must be ready for pick-up by 8 A.M. on the collection day. If not returned on time or damaged, a $350 fee will be charged to the customer.

The only bike rental shop we use at Hilton Head

Great bikes, delivered and picked up as promised. These bikes were 50% cheaper than the bike rental place our resort recommended. We had a problem with our lock and they had it replaced within hours. One text message and they had it fixed. When at Hilton Head this is the only bike rental shop I use.

My wife and I rented bicycles for a day. We had so much fun! The woman that helped us gave us detailed bike routes that really helped us navigate some of the Island. We will definitely rent again from Breeze when we visit again. They offer free delivery and pickup. Thank you.
