On this afternoon excursion, you’ll start by trolling offshore for pelagic species like King Mackerel (Kingfish), Tuna, and Wahoo. Depending on conditions, the trip may also include reef and wreck fishing with drift or bottom techniques to target Snapper (Mangrove, Mutton, Yellowtail, Vermilion, Lane) and Red Grouper.
What fishing styles are used and what should we bring?
This trip includes a mix of trolling, drift fishing, and bottom fishing depending on where the fish are biting. All gear is typically provided, but it’s a good idea to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, snacks, and drinks. Comfortable clothing and a hat are recommended for afternoon sun. The tour departs at 12:00 PM on weekends and allows free cancellation with 3 days’ notice.

This was one of the best fishing trips we’ve done. The captain knew exactly where to go and we got into some great action. Kingfish and snapper came up throughout the afternoon. Great crew, great boat — highly recommend for anyone visiting!
